I miss my lilac bush. Someone needs to come up with a bush that looks and smells like a lilac, but that blooms all summer long. Here is a quick shot of the veggie garden I planted. This year we have rosemary, basil and tomatoes. I also planted strawberries over by the lilac bush, but I am worried about them, I don't have a single bloom.
I think strawberries take a couple of years before they bloom and produce--at least that is what I hear:)I like the garden, but I agree that lilacs are something to be missed.
ReplyDeleteYou're inspiring me to make an herb garden. I'm thinking about something inside the house that would provide me with fresh herbs whenever I want to cook with them.
